SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is a $15 Flat rate. Unless otherwise stated.

Pick-up can be arranged from our Singleton or Rutherford Stores, please call 1300 667 537 to organise.

For some specialty and larger items, there may be a surcharge on top of the 'flat-rate’. This will be stated in the item description or before checkout.

Items labelled with 'Please call/e-mail for a quote on delivery':
These items are very large and not suitable for general postage.
So, we can provide the best freight price possible, you will need to provide us with your delivery address.
 
Large Purchase Offer:
Purchase $1000 worth of Nemtek or Thunderbird products and receive FREE Freight (excludes Crates & Platforms).

SHIPPING FAQ’S
How are parcels delivered?
All regular delivery parcels are sent via road freight either with Australia Post or our preferred freight carrier 'Fastways’ (cheapest, most efficient, availability etc).
All prices include tracking & insurance. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your parcel leaves our warehouse. This email comes directly from us here at www.farmerswarehouse.com.au. Please call 1300 667 537 if you have not received this number within 24-48 hours.

If you are not home for delivery, a calling card will be left (unless you have given an Authority To Leave). Australia Post do not hold parcels at the post office for longer than 1 week, and sometimes shorter around Christmas. Fastway will only hold a parcel for 7 days before they return it to us as unclaimed.
Unclaimed parcels that are returned to us are available to be re-sent for an additional shipping charge upon your request. If we cannot get in contact with you or receive the additional payment, the goods will processed for a refund, less your original shipping charges.

How quickly do parcels leave the warehouse?
Regular delivery parcels usually leave been 24-48 hours from when the order is placed unless the product is not in stock. If the product is out of stock at the time of your order, a staff member will be in contact within 24-48 hours to give you an updated ETA of the goods. Once dispatched, the delivery time will be dependent upon your location, seasonal delays and the chosen couriers shipping constraints and procedures.

Authority to Leave
If you give authority to leave your parcel, you accept all responsibility for any parcel that goes missing once left. Once we have confirmation that your parcel was left at your address, our liability and insurance coverage ends. We also cannot be responsible for errors with parcels being left at the wrong address. Choose this option at your own risk. We reserve the right to change Authority To Leave requests to signature required where necessary (e.g. chemicals or hazardous materials). It is not possible to change the delivery address of your order once it has left our warehouse.
